National Inclusive Schools Week

Location: Since its inception in 2001, Inclusive Schools Week has celebrated the progress that schools have made in providing a supportive and quality education to an increasingly diverse student population, including students who are marginalized due to disability, gender, socio-economic status, cultural heritage, language preference, and other factors.

Principal’s Message

Liberty Memorial School is located on FM 3169 at the intersection with FM 803 next to Laureles Elementary School and is about five miles northeast of the City of Los Fresnos.

Liberty Memorial, which opened in 2003, is the district’s newest middle school. It features two gymnasium floors and a landscaped courtyard. No additions have been made. 

LMMS houses about 770 students in grades 6 to 8. Las Yescas, Laureles and Los Fresnos elementary schools served as feeder schools to LMMS. The school mascot is Patriots and the principal is Annice Garza.
